Direct Sales Manager – Jakarta
The role of a Direct Sales Manager is to support the sales and distribution for business development. These include developing alternative selling strategy, agency relation, training and recruitment, quality assurance and premises. This will also serve in improving quality of Direct Sales unit. Based on historical data, you will create, define and standardise key factors such as incoming and productivity. All direct sales agencies need to be well informed about the current situation and policies of ANZ.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience and knowledge in sales and marketing at a multinational company or service industry is a must. A degree qualification in banking and finance, mathematics, economics, management or commerce will be preferred. Strong knowledge of Credit Card process and products, you will also possess good communication, organisation and people management skills.
