Corporate Human Resource Manager
The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Director, responsible to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource, includes working on and developing HR initiatives within the group. This position will require essential knowledge of and hands-on experience in HR best practices in such areas as; Organization & People Development, Compensation & Benefit and Human Resource Information System.
The Person
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Social Science – preferably master in HR
- Having 8 years experiences as HR generalist with 5 successful years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures and systems
- Strong coaching, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Advance in English (both oral and written) and computer skills
- Possess good aptitude and sense of urgency
